產品簡介:蒲燒鰻魚是一種日式烹調手法,其中鰻魚被切開、去骨,再淋上以醬油為基底的甜辣醬汁,然後串在竹籤上烤制而成。這種美味的鰻魚通常會鋪在白飯上食用,形成經典的鰻魚飯。鰻魚肉質嫩滑,香濃美味,加熱後即可食用,方便快捷。

保存方式 : 存放於-12至 -18°C雪櫃

 

推薦烹調方法:

  1. 烤焗爐烹調:先將鰻魚解凍並切成適合的尺寸,然後放入預熱至180攝氏度的烤焗爐中,烤約10至15分鐘即可享用。

  2. 微波爐加熱:解凍鰻魚後切成合適大小,先使用中小火力微波4分鐘,隨後調至大火再微波1至2分鐘即成。

  3. 水煮翻熱:將包裝好的真空鰻魚放入沸水中,煮約8至10分鐘。取出鰻魚後打開真空袋,即可食用。
