Description: Kabayaki eel is a Japanese cooking technique in which eel is cut, deboned, drizzled with a sweet and spicy sauce based on soy sauce, and then grilled on bamboo skewers. This delicious eel is usually served on top of rice, forming a classic eel rice. The meat of the eel is tender, fragrant and delicious, and it can be eaten after heating, which is convenient and fast.
Storage : Store in a refrigerator at -12 to -18°C
Recommended cooking method:

Oven cooking: Defrost and cut the eel to the right size, then bake it in a preheated oven to 180 degrees Celsius for about 10 to 15 minutes.

Microwave oven: Thaw the eel and cut it into sizes, microwave it over medium-low heat for 4 minutes, then reduce the heat to high and microwave it for 1 to 2 minutes.

Boiled and reheated: Place the packaged vacuum eel in boiling water and cook for about 8 to 10 minutes. After removing the eel, open the vacuum bag and serve.
