Order notice
1. Please confirm that the order content, delivery address and contact information are correct before ordering. Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be changed.
2. We will contact you via WhatsApp two days before the delivery date to confirm the delivery time. Any changes will be notified separately.
3. The delivery team will adjust the delivery time according to the situation in different regions and contact customers in due course. Please refer to the latest notice of the team for delivery arrangements.
4. Delivery time: Tuesday to Saturday, 9 am to 7 pm; closed on Sundays, Mondays and public holidays ( in case of special weather or road conditions, the service will be suspended. We will contact you and as soon as possible Re-deliver the goods to your home. )
5. Delivery area: Our service scope includes residences in London ZONE 1-9 ( subject to Post Code ) . If the delivery location does not have an elevator ( or cannot operate normally ) , the delivery will only be on the side of the road downstairs.
6. If there is a delay, suspension or rescheduling due to traffic, region, weather and other factors at the agreed delivery time, we will not be liable regardless of whether the reason for the delay or rescheduling is within our control. Any responsibility.
7. If you need to send money again due to the following circumstances, we will charge a re-delivery fee of £ 4.99 ( based on each order and address ):
?? No one receives the goods on the agreed delivery date and time;
?? The delivery address provided by the customer is incorrect;
?? Unable to contact the consignee to receive the goods.
8. In case of any delay in delivery, we will directly refrigerate the goods ( at minus 4 degrees Celsius ) and deliver the goods to customers in a refrigerated state to ensure food safety.
