番茄薯仔豆腐紅衫魚湯

材料:
番茄4個
薯仔2個
豆腐1磚
紅衫魚5~8條
薑2片
海鹽少許
烹煮程序:
- 番茄切件,備用。
- 豆腐切件,備用。
- 薯仔去皮,切件,備用。
- 紅衫魚洗淨抹乾。
- 燒鑊下油,先下薑片爆油,再落魚煎至兩面金黃色。
- 加水,放入全部材料,大火煲約30分鐘。
- 下鹽,隔渣,即成。
