牛鰍魚性平,含有豐富蛋白質,碘質,有健脾養胃及補血之效,適合氣血不足之人食用。特別是小孩,女士和孕婦🤰
份量:3至4人
材料: 牛鰍魚1公斤, 淮山片適量, 肇實適量,蜜棗2個,蓮子適量 杞子,乾螺頭約75克,紅蘿蔔1~2條,粟米🌽1~2條
做法:
1.乾螺頭需要用冷水浸過夜
2.淮山,肇實,蓮子用熱暖水浸約30分鐘,再沖洗備用,蜜棗杞子浸洗備用; 乾螺頭汆水備用。
2 將准山,肇實,蓮子,蜜棗及乾螺頭隨水放入煲中, 煲至大滾
3 牛鰍魚洗淨後抹乾水
4 鑊加油預熱,先爆透薑片, 落牛鰍魚,先煎好一面(至金黃色約2-3分鐘),再反轉煎另一面
5 將牛鰍魚放入滾湯中,翻滾後,較中小火煲1.5至2小時
6 加入杞子再煲30分鐘,最後少許鹽調味即可。
