比起香港魷魚厚肉1倍以上，而且非常彈牙，炒西芹、西蘭花一流！
Rock Oyster
豐富海水鹹香，而且非常肥美。呢隻蠔非常易開，新手可試！
虎蝦
一隻差不多一兩重左右，大隻實肉，正！
