Product Description:
Flower mushrooms are known for their distinctive naturally cracked pattern on the caps, which develops as the mushrooms grow slowly under cooler and drier conditions. They have thick, meaty caps with a smooth, pleasantly chewy texture and a rich mushroom aroma.

Cooking Suggestions:
Ideal for braised dishes with fish maw, abalone or dried oysters. They can also be added to chicken soup, winter melon soup and other broths for extra flavour, or used in everyday dishes such as braised pork ribs and red-braised pork.

Preparation & Cooking:
Rinse the mushrooms thoroughly and soak in clean water for approximately 4–5 hours until softened. Drain, then mix with a small amount of cooking oil and cornflour and leave for approximately 15 minutes. Rinse again before braising or simmering for approximately 20 minutes, depending on the dish.

Storage:
Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place. For longer storage, keep sealed and refrigerated at 0–8°C.
