Product Description:
Our Cantonese Roast Duck is freshly prepared and roasted in London on the same day. Each whole duck is carefully marinated using traditional Cantonese roast meat techniques, then roasted until the skin is beautifully golden and glossy. The meat is tender and juicy, with a rich roasted flavour that brings back the familiar taste of Hong Kong-style Siu Mei.

What makes our roast duck special is that it is freshly roasted and freshly delivered. Once roasted, the duck is rapidly chilled and packed to preserve its flavour, juiciness and texture before being dispatched on the same day.

Simply open the pack and reheat at home to enjoy the delicious aroma and flavour of freshly prepared Cantonese roast duck.

Reheating Suggestions:
Remove all outer packaging and chop into serving pieces before reheating. Reheat thoroughly using an oven, air fryer or microwave. For crispier skin, we particularly recommend using an oven or air fryer.

Storage: Keep refrigerated below 5°C.
