Our Soy Sauce Chicken is freshly prepared in London and cooked in a flavourful soy sauce marinade, allowing the chicken to absorb its savoury and subtly sweet flavours. The skin is beautifully glossy, while the meat remains tender and juicy. Perfect served with rice, noodles or simply as an easy addition to a family meal.

Once cooked, the chicken is rapidly chilled and packed to preserve its juiciness and aroma before being dispatched on the same day, making it easy to enjoy freshly prepared Hong Kong-style Siu Mei at home in the UK.

Reheating Suggestions:
