Pipa Duck is prepared by splitting and flattening the whole duck, allowing it to cook more evenly during roasting. After marinating and roasting, the skin develops a beautiful caramelised golden-red colour, with crispy skin, tender meat and a rich roasted flavour.

Our Pipa Duck is not a pre-cooked frozen product transported from overseas. It is freshly prepared and roasted in London, then rapidly chilled and packed to preserve its flavour, juiciness and texture before being dispatched on the same day.
