Our Crispy Roast Pork Belly is freshly prepared and roasted in London, using carefully selected pork belly and traditional Hong Kong-style Siu Mei techniques. Roasted at a high temperature, it develops beautifully golden, crispy crackling while the meat underneath remains tender and juicy, with layers of lean meat and fat for a rich, savoury flavour.

Freshness is especially important when it comes to crispy roast pork. Once roasted, it is rapidly chilled, packed to preserve its freshness and dispatched on the same day, helping to maintain its flavour, juiciness and texture.

Simply reheat at home and enjoy with steamed rice, rice noodles or as a delicious addition to your favourite meal.

Reheating Suggestions:
For the best results, we recommend reheating in an oven or air fryer to help restore the crispy texture of the crackling.
